Charlie it runs on fumes and electricity....so that’s one better than the iQ 😉
Great looking Yaris Paul...funny I always look at how easy it is to clean wheels on cars ...never going to be as easy as your Rav4 ones but not far off...enjoy 👍🏻

Thanks everyone :TU: Mrs P can't wait now to get it :driving: We got talking to the receptionist at Toyota on the way out who was telling us she has also gone to an Hybrid Yaris and absolutely loves it and hardly puts any petrol in it compared to her BMW she got rid of where she was putting £70 a week in

Electricity costs or needs fancy gear to produce it. Fancy gear costs at some point. It has to as it’s liable to go wrong or require maintenance... oot here we like fings simple and cheap tha knaws...

Mrs P wants the reversing sensors/beepers fitted on the Yaris even though it has the reversing camera fitted, as they are fitted on the Rav and were also on the Hybrid Rav we had for a couple of weeks so she has become used to hearing them after all this time using the Rav, but is there any need for them still with the camera??

From personal experience, yes. The camera is good for seeing what is directly behind but it is easy to miss very low hazards to the rear quarters e.g. brick pillars. I won't say who it was but she has Mrs in front of her name...........

In a RAV size car I would say yes: use door mirrors, sensors and camera. Maybe not so vital in a Yaris hybrid if rear visibility is improved. Nearly all of the incidents with cars my wife and I have ever experienced are due to reversing into low, obscured objects so sensors and cameras are a good idea!

Well Kev hasn't made an appearance not sure what the story is there?? so we have decided to leave the sensors for now and see how Mrs P gets on with it as we are picking it up this Saturday morning so will have all weekend plus the Bank holiday to get used to it, it might've been Thursday evening but I have ordered a boot liner and a set of mud flaps to be fitted, plus the dealer said it would suit them as well if it was Saturday morning so Saturday morning it is, did I mention it would be Saturday morning when we will pick it up  Also looked at the measurements of the Yaris well the length and it's not that much shorter than the Rav, I think it's just the spare on the back of the Rav making it longer??

Only two days left before we become Ravless Did you trade it in at the dealers? Yes David we got a decent price for it in the end which saved us the hassle of trying to sell it as we tried last time when we were going to buy Andy's Rav so thought if we got what we thought was near what we wanted we would PX so we did :TU:
