My only gripe with this ad, and many others, is the definition of FSH. 13 stamps in a 20 Year old RAV's service book does not constitute FSH. Toyota specifies annual or 10K mile intermediate or full service intervals WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. So this car should have had 20 services, alternately intermediate and full. However it has been serviced on mileage and since some visits are only a few thousand miles apart, it's probably OK. Thank goodness for modern oils that don't degrade so badly over time as they did in the past. End of rant. I'll get me anorak now!

I wonder how bad the paint mismatch is. Also shame about the dings in the rear door. But nonetheless I am tempted if Bob doesn't buy it!

All yours David....the facelift model is my choice and a XT-R if possible 👍🏻

When I did an insurance quote it came up as 5 seats and so did Parker review. But they are 4 seat are they not?

Well they only have two seatbelts in the back so should be seen as a 4 seater really.

Little more going on here than first meets the eye.. Crease in door skin, 1/4 bumper cap pushed out to the side and arch pulled away and the infill trim has come loose. Then why has it happened? My guess the check strap has broken maybe in the wind . 1/4 bumper needs to come off and be inspected and realigned if possible, then reattach the arch trim. Wonder in a dent repair guy could make the door look better 🤔 .

Agree with Paul, good bargaining points. It looks like the door has opened beyond the limit of the check-strap. I would say that WCVC are pretty decent guys. If you make the deal conditional on their dent guy putting right all the blemishes then they do a good job. Ours had a few dings and they sorted them satisfactorily. At the end of the day if it isn't sorted to your satisfaction then just walk away. A waste of time, I know, but buying any used car always has some degree of risk.

The dents do put me off. Being an older model the road tax is £270 rather than £330 is in it's favour. There is something about these 3 door RAVs that I really like but I think I will hold out for a better example. I may end up doing something reckless like paying a lot of money for a really good one! I think WCVC will be the place I will go at some point!
