So had to fix a couple of things on the car yesterday. How easy is it to take a Yaris apart!! Was dreading changing the washer pump because its behind the RHS wheel arch liner. 20mins, job jobbed.
When I was in there saw the wiring for the front fog lights neatly tied up so thinking might order and fit a set. Question is to turn the fog lights on would I have to change the column stalk too?
Also fitted some dinky little mudflaps that came with the car - they're tiny!!
Then went for a drive - think it runs on fumes...

Its not a good looking car is it. Well compared to your SLK and F Type no.....But there’s nowt wrong with it. Seriously I thought it was a Peugeot when I looked at it.

So the Yaris needs some front discs and pads.
Should I stick with Toyota stuff?? Or save a few quid and try Delphi or Pagid from euros?
In other news, managed to track an annoying rattle to a loose a/c pipe - cable tie to the rescue and all is now quiet.
Warming to this car a little now. Have to say the ride is surprisingly good.

Have Pagid on the RAV and no complaints. Oh, and they keep rust free with general use:TU:

Make sure that aircon pipe totally secure.....same happened on wife’s previous 3 door Rav, but eventually rubbed a bliddy pinhole in the aluminium pipe. £400.00 later, sortificated......only real cash that car ever cost us.

Good advice - was thinking about putting a small piece of foam around the pipe. Think you've made up my mind for me. Cheers.
