Wow, I’m feeling some serious anti Kent vibes here. Probably the most important county in the country historically. It does suffer from ‘London EU spill over’ in some parts but further down is still nice! Garden of England!. I'm a neighbour as I'm in East Surrey.

It kinda depends if in the meet people want a driveout to 'exercise' their 4X4s? if so, Kent is only marginally better then Norfolk and Lincolnshire for that kind of challenge Wales can be interesting for that? The Pennines and Yorkshire Moors have lots of open spaces (and I have a couple of BBQs and a Fridge in the camper to do a cook-out). Now what sort of county is it that can't string together a couple of high and narrow passes for our amusement? Anyway it's about time we tested BK's heart again!
I'm a bit biased but the Yorkshire Dale could be good, up Park Rash out of Kettlewell and on down into Wensleydale, along to Hawes Creamery for lunch then Dent Head and Ribblehead ( for the railway buffs ) on the way back. Don't take any notice of BK if he complains about my route planning

Well if this guy can do the Hardknott in that old van, then a RAV4 will never have a problem (I actually asked him if he would go up there again when I bumped into him last month and he said he would! told him he was mad!) I think the a trip to the moors would be good :driving: and then going over to the seaside at Scarborough

I think the a trip to the moors would be good and then going over to the seaside at Scarborough What a great adventure 👍🏻 On our last weekend out Bob, we did St Bees to Ambleside via the Hardnott and Wrynose Passes. One of the "interesting" bits was the cyclists coming in the other direction - quite a lot of them! In Hoovie's video the guy starts off from a parking area which if I remember correctly is where we stopped to regroup between the two passes - am I about right Hoovie ( or Davrav, Anchorman or BK? - I think we had parted company with Maria and Bothy by that time ). The Dales might be a good excuse for some house hunting Hoovie?

Lots of talk on where, but any thoughts on when? RAV if its a day stop, or maybe the M/H if its a weekend! We are in West Sussex, so midlands at a push for us!

Looking back through here I think there are four of us around ‘southern England’ all actually with Ravs I think? Day meet would be better rather than a weekend for me
