I have a 2006 XT5 with the original B9004 Sat Nav/CD/Radio. Yesterday got in the car tried to turn on the power for the radio, nothing. Checked all the fuses all seem to be ok, the unit will just not turn on. Has anyone got any idea how this can be fixed please. Thanks in advance

Do you have any test equipment to see if there is 12v power to the back of radio or do any other items work on the radio fuse ? Next idea is a fuse inside the radio ?

Thanks for that. everything else in the car seems to work fine. I will have to take out the unit and have a look and as you say see if there is power going to the back. I didn't realise there was a fuse at the rear of the sat nav unit

Might be a fuse at the back or maybe inside on one of the circuit boards . |

Managed to remove the unit, could'nt find a fuse at the back. Found there is power going into the unit, so it looks like it is knackered. I'll have to look on the bay to find a cd radio unit, wont bother with the sat nav. Thanks for you help people.
