A very Direct, Specific and Unabiguous Terms & Conditions Policy for using this Site (Posted due to GDPR)

By using this site you agree to the following being stored within this site and its infrastructure:

Personal Data
Your last IP Address used when accessing the site is stored by the system - This is accessible by Staff but not publically displayed.
Your Birthdate is stored by the system - This is a requirement due to a minimum age usage policy - This is accessible by Staff but not publically displayed unless YOU choose to allow this.
The eMail Address that you used to register on the site is stored - This is required to be able to register on the system and reset your Password - This is accessible by Staff but not publically viewable unless YOU choose to allow this.
The User ID that you choose when registering on the site is stored - This is required to be able to register on and continue to use the system and is publically viewable.
The Password you choose to access the site is stored - This is encrypted and not viewable by Staff.
Other Fields in the User Profile are stored and are publically viewable - These fields are optional and by populating them you agree that they are publically vieweable. Any Fields you do not want viewable you should not populate.

We do not share your data with any other organisation and do not use your data for any purposes other than to allow your participation on this site.

Note: We may occasionally send messages to your eMail address even if you have opted out of eMail communication if we feel that message is important to your continued use of this Forum (e.g. Sending you a message such as an Updated Privacy Agreement)


Posting
All Posts you make on this site are publically viewable and are able to be copied, quoted or otherwise by any other person, be they on this site or elsewhere.
If you wish to have your posts removed by the Site Administration, that will be limited to YOUR OWN original posts and will not extend to the deletion of any posts that have had your original content copied, quoted or otherwise by any other person, be they on this site or elsewhere.


If you are not happy with all the above Terms and Conditions, then do not continue to use this Site.


Personal Data & Post Removal Requests under the guise of the GDPR Directive will be deemed to be for the site as an entirety and will not be selective. This means if YOU wish to have ANY data removed under GDPR, than ALL your data will be removed, All YOUR Posts will be deleted, your user ID will be deleted and you will no longer be a user on this site.

Your Data may continue to exist in the form of a backup for a period of time, due to the cyclical nature of the Backup Policy employed by the site, but this will be deleted over time and should a backup be restored that still has your information within it, Your Data and Posts will be removed again.
