Well , after purchasing this on their outlet store for less than half the price. I'm glad I didn't pay full price.
Other than under wheel arches & under car to shift road salt etc.
Personally , for me - it's not worth the money.
Even with their detergent, it won't even shift bird muck. Tried the detergent on ' mix ' setting , leave for 10 mins , then ' hard ' setting to clean off.
So ,good for rinsing off loose mud etc. I also bought it for use with the water butt hose. This empties a bucket of water in under a minute. So, I'm now just quickly doing arches, underside as fast as I can. Then back to turtle wax and cold rain water with a sponge. It won't even shift dried in sticky brown salt on my alloys. Very disappointing 😔
I thought I'd share my view on my purchase
Perhaps my expectations were too high.

It’s not just about pressure. The main thing is high water flow. The more water the pump can shift the better the results will be.
It’s very easy to get high pressure by constricting the water. Dead cheap and easy. To get high flow means a bigger pump and pumps are the most expensive component on the machines.

Strangely just found out the 240v wan delivers 500 lph. Was not aware ANY of the standard "household" Karchers were as good as 500 lph, especially at hoff the bliddy price of the Commercial wans. Wee dod hacked off, me.......

Jamie......try not to use that Karcher detergent.......or deterwax........it borders on diluted Fairy Liquid IMHO........used it years ago on wife's car and it "bloomed".....it is a wax stripper extraordinaire........keep for UPVC and such like. NEVER LET IT DWELL FOR TEN MINUTES EXCEPT ON STONE......LOL.

What you really need is a Bedford mobile water pump otherwise known as a Green Goddess! They pump something like 300 gallons or more a minute - so hooked up to your local river, you can flatten your car in minutes using a 6" hose outlet. There! No more need to worry about bird poo. Then just jump in and tootle away at 40mph max..... able to get through stationary traffic easily by turning the lights on.

I've recently purchased a Karcher K4 compact and I'm impressed with it.I can't compare it to others as it's my first pressure washer but we've used Karcher steam cleaners for years at work and they have always lasted well. What's really impressed though is how many jobs are now easy with a pressure washer that I wouldn't have tackled before.. The patio looks like new again and my mother's old slabs have had a makeover. This is as well as using the snow foam gun on the cars of course.

Martin......as Charlie said yonks ago, these snow foam guns more than likely leave the same Snow Foam Gun factory in That China, and their longevity really is a mit or a hiss.
Jase min.......did you use a nozzle only to clean yer patio, or wan of them T-Racer type spinny winny attachments.....? The latter I have found to be excellent, but very much dependful of how bad soiling is, but just using a normal watter lance takes ages and the Watter Splatter (W.S.) is just a bliddy pain........goes everywhere and much less efficientful, taking durt from whence you wish and deposits on peripheral periphery.

The dirt blaster is the wan with the conical nose, Jase, with the wee ball bearing that spins to give you Dirt Blastification......?
Get a T-Racer and save yer watter bill next time..........dirt blaster great to remove heavy soiling (brilliant underpants tool......gets rid of James T.Kirk's arch enemy in NAE time........them pesky Klingons....) but T-Racer great if you keep on top of the algae. Dirt blasters scatter dirt and watter far and wide.

It does a great job of the patio but as Kev rightly says, it tends to make a mess of everything else in the garden if your not careful.
