Scottish newbie living in rural Bulgaria

I am a Scottish woman living in Rural Bulgaria and having recently sold my non air con, no power steering Lada Niva which served me well for the past 12 winters here, I have just bought a second hand Italian Imported Rav 4 which I was told by the dealer is a 2.2 diesel, 136KC, 2006/2010 model. The manual is in Italian which I don't read or speak, so looking to find an english copy.
Also looking forward to exploring this forum and hoping to get some tips and advice. I may become a frequent poster as the heating system is only blowing cold air on the passenger side ... aaarrrggg !!!!
