Jase I have a brand new lance in the box unopened here and I think IF I can find it a Karcher fitting. I know one is there it’s just finding it. If you want I will go and try to find the thing. I also have about 3 litres of premium Bilthamber foam which to be honest I don’t rate. But can give you a sample of Magifoam. You would have to run over to pick it up. All it will cost you is you making a wee donation to MacMillan nurses.
Let me know what you think.

.......Magifoam is not badly priced there either. Mark at Autobrite does not often do discounts. I’ve known him for over twenty years. This is possibly one of those time that maybe they do? (Cut from email flyer): Typically I only just restocked on magifoam, but you can't expect to win them all. I guess will have to wait and see whether magifoam itself actually gets a discount.

It’s done and I’m impressed. The only issue I have is , as I have to fit the ‘snow foam gun’ in place of the lance I can’t reduce the pressure at the gun so I can just stand well back and cover the whole car in a few seconds.. I was concerned that I might have applied too much foam but was pleased to see the water was still beading on the paintwork after rinsing..

This is what she looked like when I had foamed up. And this is how much foam was used, the bottle was almost full when I started.

I'm still wondering if anyone can shed any light on the pressure issue ? The pressure washer is a Karcher K4 compact and the problem is that when I fit the snow foam gun I lose the ability to control the pressure as the control is on the lance I've removed ? It's perfectly doable like this, just not very controllable.. Thanks....

Having good pressure through the lance increases the foam. You can blast muck off or stand back and smother the car with foam. Try playing with adjuster that spreads the foam spray on the end of the lance ??
