Hey im new here and im going out off my brain, my rav 4 has low power till 3700revs and then the turbo kicks in hard, ive put new scvs in blanked off egr, my turbo pressure solenoid when igntion on is constantly buzzing, ive no fault codes at all, any help will be greatly appreciated

I have the exact same issue did you ever get to the bottom of what was causing this to happen?

The turbo is variable vane so perhaps the vanes are sticking till a certain load is placed on them ?

Sorry I forgot to mention that it is a 2005 mk2 2.0 d4d 115 bhp.
