Hi I remember various discussions on this subject a couple of years ago but wondered if anyone remembers. I have just received a recall reminder for airbag replacement due to faulty pyrotecnics, I guess the privious owner received it and it has taken a while to track down that the car has been re registered in France.
Probably my bad French but they appear to be talking about the front side airbag, also that it should be quick to change, looking back at privious posts the main problem appeared to be availability, but also that it might be a long job, I wondered if anyone has any comments or has this done recently.
Also although do you think that airbags might be handed, should I point out that the car is RHD.

Dave I have just re read the letter and seen that they are talking about the drivers airbag, in which case it should be a quick job as i had to remove it once to add the cruse control.
