But that applies only if you are in England! It's much simpler in Wales - you get told where an when to attend when the booster is due, and you just do as you are told ... the thing is that system actually works very well. (I had my booster a week or three back, the wife will be done next week.)

We Got booster today. Walk in - so much easier, no appointment needed just come in and get vaccinated. It is a local chemist, just needed to be more than six month after second jab. So far I am ok. Wife has a bit of headache.

I've been hearing that more people are feeling it more from the booster than the first two jabs?? We had our boosters last Saturday. Sue’s been fine other than minor discomfort in the jab site. On the other hand I’ve felt like death warmed up and have only started feeling something like normal today. Even my teeth hurt!!😡😡

The original two jabs had no ill effects at all but the booster’s a barstad.☹️ The wife found the same - her original pair were AZ and she had no real reactions at all; the booster was PB and sent her to bed with fever and headache and a very sore and tender arm around the injection site. For me - PB x3 - I had a mild but noticeable reaction each time but nothing to write home about ...

We both had the Fizzer vacine as a booster 3 weeks ago or so I think. Her arm was a little sore, but we had the flu jab as well in the other arm. Odd thing - I had a bizarre reaction and started bingeing on gin and tonic! Think it might have been fuelled by somebody telling me drinking gin was good for bladder infections. They lied. The bladder infection continued. I never had any problems drinking whisky; but my daughter said that I was in such a state,I wouldn't have known I had an infection!! What does all this virus protection do to yer immune system I wonder?

Our youngest daughter has not long just had her booster and said she had to have the Pfizer one, having had the AZ on the previous two jabs, she was told it's ok to mix them and that they aren't doing the AZ any more?? She was also asked if she wanted the Flu jab but she had that some time ago, so if we get asked if we want both will it be wise to do so or leave a gap having never had the Flu jab before?? We've got plenty of Whisky in store, well a few bottles
