I'm about to change my 2009 d4d rav4 engine And i saw another one with one thing different that doesn't exist in my engine , what is it ? And does it affect the wiring ? Here is a photo of it (not in my engine) ibb.co/vk2d6RG |

That photo shows an Avensis engine.
The Avensis got EPS from 2010.
The RAV4 4.3 from 11/05 has had electric power steering right through.

That photo shows an Avensis engine. The Avensis got EPS from 2010. The RAV4 4.3 from 11/05 has had electric power steering right through. does it affect the installation of the new engine ? since my rav4 doesn't have EPS |

i think it is Electric power steering but does it affect the installation of the engine in my rav4 that doesn't have eps |

What RAV model are you planning to fit this, as yet unseen by us, engine?
If you fill in your profile we will know what we are talking about.
If your RAV is indeed a 2009 it does have EPS [electric power steering]
