A wee word of caution. Stourbridge is not the best of areas........ Some of the residents of Pedmore might take exception to that statement. ...but then they might also deny it was Stourbridge. Bob said Andy schm might be closer... Yup, a bit closer. I'll gladly have a look, but time's precious, so only if it's looking a completely serious potential transaction. One of my mates a fellow martial arts instructor lives at Pedmore. He owns and runs Pedmore Scaffolding, Cass his name is and a brilliant bloke.👍👍 Not all of Stourbridge is bad but most would agree there are some rough car sales pitches in places. No offence to Stourbridge folk intended 👍👍

Having a green goddess brought me into the realms of wood rot in vehicles; and rust on bodywork; and what happens when the only do 3500 miles in 60 years.....like dried out oil seals....
I could do with a 3 door RAV as a local runabout and do the 100 mile round trip for babysitting....as my Volvo was planned as a long term car to do touring.

What about the one that was near Charlie, if its still available? There is a very very low mileage 3 door near me which is a one owner completely unmolested and stunning car in bright blue with leather on a 55 plate. But I’m having it myself. And I’m paying More for it than the owner was asking. I won’t get it till near to Christmas when the elderly owner gives up driving. Uuuh..whats the definition of elderly?

Uuuh..whats the definition of elderly? Fellas in his early 70s sadly his sight is going 👍👍 Shame. really young. My father drove until he was 90. Having a truck licence, I need to get sight tested and health checked annually...odd thing was last year I was told I no longer need glasses. A lot of truck/bus drivers struggle to keep below the level of becoming diabetic ....thats another subject

Still surprised that you'd buy one. Saying it was knocked down to you suggests it was an auction?

No it’s a car I saw in Martley a village not to far from us, It was parked on the fellas drive with a for sale sign in the window. The chap who was with who was a chap I’ve known since we were five said he knew the seller as he maintains their gardens ( Tyrone my mate is a landscape contractor) Anyway we turned round and went back. Only gave the car a brief look over and for some reason I thought it was a manual but it’s not unfortunately it’s an auto. Cars been kept in a garage since new only the one owner. It’s immaculate and I don’t mean for it’s year it’s mint. Full service history all Toyota Worcester never had even a sniff of paint. Auctions aren’t the place to buy anymore the ridiculous buyers premiums killed auctions of most types years ago. 👍👍

And because of that, I only gave the car a brief look over as well .... Funny you are disappointed it is an Auto? for resale purpose the Auto is definately worth more. And for driving and economy it is better as well.

Some time back I tried to get my wife into a 3 door but she wouldn’t go for it preferring her IQ . For me an automatic with a relitivly small engine is less than ideal. Value wise I doubt there’s anything in it. I know some on here like the auto version but I still think a manual is worth the same .. It depends on what the buyers prefer I suppose.
