By chance the unit that arrived faulty and the seller refunded me (said keep it) had a 2017/18 map disc inside 👍🏻👍🏻 You did well there as the DVD’s I have lying around somewhere are 2012 I think. |

Yes Ash ..you had it in your brothers Avensis ? so it was easier to find one this time around ..just needed to by the sat/sav antenna 👍🏻 Yes that’s right it was from the Avensis, I’ll check the garage when I get a chance as I’m pretty sure we have the unit from the 4.2 which was replaced with a pioneer unit. I have 3 of the original radio’s, was planning to put them back in as I sold previous 4,2’s but never got round to it . |

Got on with a few jobs on the 3 door, removed door cards to take door mirrors off, plastic housings had discoloured over time, so gave then a coat of gloss back . All very mucky behind the housing .

Also lubricated all the widows linkage and sliders ..work a little quicker now 👍🏻 Last job that’s has been pending for over a year, upgraded the front door speakers with components woofer/ tweeters. Also got a pair of spacer rings plus foam strip to seal them in .  Old and new ..   Had to adapt a pair of Xt5 tweeter housing to fit the Alpines…  Has brought the music to life , hearing more of the sounds…very pleased with the job 😎 |
