I used to have a 2013 Rav and the Dab radio worked really well, I've just changed this for 2018 Hybrid and the Dab radio is almost unusable. It just keeps losing signal and its driving me mad! Has anyone else experienced this and found a remedy? Cheers in advance.

The only upside to selling our Shogun was getting rid of the bloody useless DAB radio!

I don't have any DAB problems with a 2016 hybrid, which has the touch 2 system. I expect it's still touch 2 in the 2018.
If it's bought from a dealer, why not take it back?
Otherwise the first place to start would be the DAB antenna connection @ the rear of the head unit.

My 2013 has DAB which works brilliantly.... If I remember it was an option in the form of an add on module.
It may have a DAB button but like navigation if the module isn’t there it’s not going to work.

I’m not sure if the C-HR has the same system as the Rav but ours works fine no issues with DAB either. Where we live it’s all up and down hills and it’s been fine.

I don't have a RAV but on my CRV the DAB is great.
I assume you have tried retuning?

I found it useless on the M74 - probably as I ran out of cable stretching from my house..... bring back the old valve radio.....easypeasy to fix.
