Hi All......I'm a newbie here!!

I'm am looking to replace the front nearside wing on my Rav4 2008. Looks reasonably simple to do but there are a couple of unknown issues I'd like to get some help with if anyone has experienced taking a wing off.

So I can see that the wing bolts on but the fixings in the top right hand section, just in front of the wing mirror, are behind a plastic trim. Does anyone know how this plastic trim/cover comes off? There are no screws holding it on so I assume it 'pops' off if you know how. The problem is with these things is you often break the first one finding out how it comes off!!

The other question I have is where you can source all the plastic trim fixings that hold the inner plastic mud shield in place. Again these things are often impossible to remove in one piece so will need some new ones.
