WCVC lovely looking 3 door auto. Just remind me how much they cost when new Paul According to my January, 2002 Toyota price list (which weirdly I still have from the purchase of our original VX in Paris - turning into a complete anorak, me ) the on-the-road price of a 3-dr NRG was £17,495.
The WCVC car above is very nice. MoT history only has minor (stupid) fails and the ubiquitous rusty brake pipes. Pricey, yes, but somebody will buy it; they're bloody good cars.

WCVC lovely looking 3 door auto. Just remind me how much they cost when new Paul To be honest Chris i haven't a clue but thought they were around the £20-22k for the later XT models?? Can you enlighten us? We'll see how long this one lasts on the forecourt, think it's only gone on today as i haven't seen a 3 door auto at WCVC for a while now this is the first and low mileage.

Yes it's the first decent one since Bob bought his. The service history is not annual and I don't think the best spec but it looks a decent car. They have a 5 door for a lot less, so it's quite a premium for the 3 door.

Unless the last service (which must have been very recent given the mileage) was carried out by a Toyota dealer, if I was buying the car, I would insist on a Full service (not an Interim) by the Toyota dealer in Honiton as part of the deal.

For such a low mileage, the drivers seat swab looks a bit distorted....common for the side bit to deform but seems unusual for low mileage- unless a lot of getting in and out? Nurse/carer doing house visits?

Nurse/carer doing house visits? Looking again at the photo, you are right, Bothy, that the side bolster of the seat back looks distorted. There seems to be no damage to the seat base itself. Might the previous owner have had some sort of back support strapped to the seat? Could be worth a question to WCVC just to satisfy curiosity?
